Our Salsa and Bachata classes are designed for adults of all levels, with a strong focus on beginners.
Whether you’ve never danced before or already have some experience, these classes will help you build confidence, coordination, and connection on the dance floor.
Classes are taught in a supportive and personalised way, allowing you to progress at your own pace with guidance from our experienced instructor Carolina.
They are perfect for:
• Absolute beginners wanting to learn from scratch
• Dancers looking to improve timing and technique
• Anyone wanting a fun, social and active hobby
• People looking to meet others in a relaxed environment
No partner required, everyone is welcome!!
Our programs run in 6-week terms, with 7 terms per year, allowing you to progress consistently throughout the year.
Each class includes:
• Warm-up and basic technique
• Step-by-step breakdown of movements
• Partnerwork practice
• Short combinations
• Time to repeat and build confidence
Classes are open level and beginner-friendly, with options and progressions to support both new and continuing students.
